Extensive remodelling of a boring boxy house with magnificent views over Warwickshire countryside.
The proposal involved extensions at the front and rear and at ground and first floor. A new family room with kitchen and dining was created with formal sitting room and master bedroom suite over with balcony overlooking the grand view. New bedrooms were created including an extension over the double garage.
