Alterations and Extension, Ashow
The existing layout did not take full advantage of the overall accommodation as a single dwelling. MRT combined the Games room, dining room and rear hall to form a good sized family room with direct access to the kitchen. By rearranging the Utility Room and changing area we have created a lobby linked directly to the family room giving access to the pool. Changing / shower room and utility room are also accessed from this lobby. We have added a new bay window in this room increasing the usable floor space and allowing the opportunity to create a more interesting roof line to the Entrance Hall proposals.
