The development has involved the rebuilding of an existing hospice for in-patient and day-patient use for Daventry and Northants Primary Care Trust. The building works were divided into three phases to allow the hospice to remain in continuous use. Accommodation includes single bedrooms with ensuites, multi bedroom wards, dayrooms, nurse bases, catering facilities, a chapel and associated rooms.
