This proposal creates a single bedrooom apartment from a former music room at Gramery Tower. Planning premisson was granted for this and a bold proposal to add a summer room onto the roof of the flat accessed by a spiral staircase. The roof extention and garden terrace have spectactular views over the dart estuary and provides an exellent amenity area.
The extention is designed to complement the castellated towers and provides an improvement to this historic building in the conservation area.
