Refurbishment and Extension, Henley in Arden
Herring House is a listed grade II building which had extensive fire and water damage and was in need of refurbishment.
Damaged and less sensitive buildings were replaced and extended with more contemporary buildings at the rear. The Ground
floor use was changed to a restaurant with new flexible offices above and a new shop front was added.
