Replacement Dwelling, Baddesley Clinton
This proposal was to demolish and replace the existing building, with a new house of contemporary design which relates to the setting of the site on the fringe of Haywood near to the settlement of Baddesley Clinton. The new house is an expression of its
age marking reference to the past but without pastiche or replication. The house is capable of expressing itself in a modern way and yet be capable of fitting into its landscape with a physical and spiritual link with Baddesley Clinton and Haywood.
