Residential Development, Stratford upon Avon
This project involved the demolition of two existing dwellings and the errection of three town houses, and six apartments to increase the level of density in accordance with government guidelines and local policies. Facing Shipston Road the design is a response to the local distinctiveness of the area. The elevation facing Shipston Road is three storeys adjacent to Swan Court, reducing to two and a half next to an adjacent house.
