MRT architects can provide a full or part service based on the plan of works stages as identified by the Royal Institute of British Architects

We work very much as a partnership with our clients. We will normally carry out an initial site appraisal and discuss your brief along with our initial ideas. This becomes the basis for a feasibility study which is presented as a fully illustrated brochure for your comment before further work is undertaken. Thereafter we prepare detailed planning drawings, building regulation approval, construction drawings and specification and operations on site. We will also be your lead consultant and organise and coordinate the work of other consultants and specialists who may be needed in the team.
