The scheme consisted of the conversion of the first and second floors of the existing building from office use to provide eight residential units. This interesting development went through both Planning and Listed Building Consent due to two of the flats being located in an older part of the building dating back to 1760, whilst the rest of the frontage was built in the 1920s to match.
