MRT worked closely with our client Retirement Security to provide 44 Extra-care retirement apartments situated in a two and three storey building set behind existing mature trees and new landscaping on a former nursing home site. The development makes excellent and sympathetic re-use of this semi rural location and will enhance and provide vitality and an acceptable and complimentary addition to the village of Tiddington.
