The proposal involved the reinstatement of Sequoia Hotel into two town houses (as originally built in the 19th Century.) Within the original long rear garden is the new development of apartments, townhouses and flats over garages, which takes the form of vernacular buildings sympathetic to the character and previous history of the area.
