MRT were commissioned to carry out planning and listed building consent to this historic building and prestigious tea rooms within Stratford Upon Avon. The building was once split between the tea rooms and a shop. The FourTeas acquired the opportunity to expand into the neighbouring shop and the proposal was to link the two units together, internally to create one space, to give the vision and feeling of one building, for one use, as the building was originally. The new space has been transformed into an upmarket bar area with striking wall décor.
