With cast stone window surrounds and double glazed metal windows with leaded lights, a painted render finish, green natural slates to the roof and specially designed internal joinery. The house has been orientated and designed to take full advantage of the views. The property has been designed to have a low carbon footprint being heated by a ground source heat pump system. This system is based on coils of pipe work laid 1 metre deep within the garden with water being piped through a heat exchanger.
